• Replicas is a synthetic market research platform. You create AI-generated replicas with diverse demographics and opinions, then conduct surveys, interviews, expert panels, and other research modes at scale.
• The replicas Replicas creates are synthetic personas, not real people. Their responses come from language models and do not represent actual human opinions. Use the outputs as a research tool, not as the sole basis for important decisions.
• When you sign up, provide a real email. Do not use bots, scripts, or automated tools to access the service.
• You own the replicas you create. Every synthetic persona generated under your account is your asset. You can reuse them across unlimited research sessions at no additional cost.
• You own all data produced by your replicas, including responses, insights, and exports. You may use this data for any lawful purpose. We do not claim any ownership over your outputs.
• Replicas may access your replica persona profiles to operate and improve the service. We do not access, read, or store your research questions, conversations, or responses. Only the persona profiles themselves are accessible to us.
• The Replicas name, logo, and site content are our intellectual property. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute them without written permission.
• You agree to use Replicas in compliance with our Acceptable Use Policy. Violations may result in suspension or termination of your account.
• You agree to indemnify Replicas against any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service or your violation of these terms, including how you use or present replica outputs to third parties.
• The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
• Our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation within 30 days will be settled by binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, conducted individually and not as a class action.
• If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force.
• We may update these terms. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email. Continuing to use the service after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
• Either party may terminate at any time. You can stop using the service or delete your account. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms or the Acceptable Use Policy.
